3 Person Relay (ANY COMBO)
The Shale Hill Relay Challenge!
The course is split in three legs, each approximately 2 miles. Teams of three take each leg on at a full sprint.
Think Shale Hill is tough? Try it flat out - heart rate at red-line!
Teams can be created at registration, or on race day. If you don't have someone to run with, we will find you a team!
Teams will be given a baton to hand off - this must be handed from team member to team member, and in previous years has been a heavy bolt - and a pool noodle - be prepared for anything!
