30 DAYS OF SHALE HILL....interested in changing your life, your body, your mind game? Join us for 30 days of training at Shale Hill next spring April 23 - May 22, 2016.
This event is for anyone who is committed to running the course 30 times in 30 days. Most days there will be twice daily workouts always starting with a course run at 5:30am and then an afternoon short session or hikes to Birds Eye and Killington/Pico Mountain.
Open to just 10 participants. This is limited, this is life changing.
Cost per person: $3,500 for training and lodging:
* 30 days of training on Shale Hill's world reknown 10K obstacle course designed and built by Rob Butler and co-owned/managed with Jill Bogert-Butler.
* 30 days of personal training
* Includes lodging at Falkenbury Farm, just two miles away.
Application required with $100 deposit by February 1st.
