$400 (5 day week long camp)

Training: 9am to 3pm, daily.
All training will be custom - based off the attendees goals and abilities. Full access to the course and gym outside hours.
We have local lodging options available - Where to stay?
Camping/on-site lodging is available, with porta-potties and outdoor showers only for $20 per night. You can set up a tent, or stay in our gym "bunk style" sharing with other participants.
Meals: You're responsible for your own food. Local restaurants, general store and grocery stores a short drive away (less than 1/8 from Shale Hill). We will provide a fridge, microwave, grill and prep area.
